One booking, up to forty people — and what that does not buy
The first thing a group organiser needs to know is whether everyone fits on one reservation, and they do: a single booking can cover up to 40 people. That is the limit of the booking rather than a statement about the vessel, and it is comfortably more than most parties need — friends from the same hotel, a family reunion with three generations in it, colleagues who decided over breakfast to do one thing together. On the water the pirate galleon is the day most groups take, and the whole party travels on one confirmation with one contact and one pickup list, rather than on eight bookings that could quietly end up on different dates.
Now the part groups are rarely told before they pay. Booking forty places does not make the galleon yours. It is a shared boat with other guests on board, the foam party and the pirate animation run for the whole deck rather than for your party, and we cannot rope off a block of seats, a table or a corner of the sun deck for you. We do not run a private boat or a yacht charter from Belek at all. If what your group actually wants is a boat to itself, we are not the operator for it, and this page is a better place to find that out than the quay.
What a group actually pays
There is no group tariff to decode, because the fare is the same per person whether you are four or forty, and the hotel transfer and lunch are already inside it. Below are the three days we collect groups from Belek for, each with one worked total so nobody has to trust a phone calculator at the breakfast table.
For a mixed party the arithmetic stays simple, because every guest is priced individually rather than as a share of a boat. A family reunion of six adults and four children on the galleon comes to €200, and if two cousins decide to come the night before, you add two adult fares and nothing else is renegotiated.
- Alibaba pirate galleon: €25 per adult, so ten adults pay €250. That includes the round-trip transfer from Belek and the barbecue lunch on board.
- Green Canyon reservoir cruise: €42 per adult, so ten adults pay €420, including the air-conditioned transfer, lunch on board and guide assistance.
- Manavgat market and river boat: €43 per adult, with a licensed English-speaking guide for the whole day and a riverside lunch. It departs on Mondays and Thursdays only, because those are the two days the market runs.
- Children aged 4 to 11 pay €12.50 on the galleon, exactly half the adult fare, and infants aged 0 to 3 travel free. The other two days set their own child prices: €25 on Green Canyon and €30 on the market day.
- Drinks on board are outside every one of those prices, along with tips and the photo and video service.
Nobody has to collect money in advance
This is the part that matters most to whoever ends up organising, and it is why a group booking here is less painful than it usually is: nothing is paid online, no card is taken and there is no deposit. You reserve the date and the headcount, we confirm it, and each guest pays in euros on the day of the tour. The organiser is never out of pocket, never chases anyone for a bank transfer weeks before the holiday, and never has to keep a spreadsheet of who still owes what.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure is worth more to a group than to anyone else, because groups change. If three people wake up badly sunburnt, if the forecast turns, or if half the party votes for the water park instead, cancelling costs nothing. Bring cash in euros for the day itself. Lunch is included on all three days, but drinks are settled on board by each guest, so nobody has to run a tab for everybody else and work it out afterwards.
Which of the three days suits which kind of group
Choose by what your group can agree on, not by price. The galleon is the loud, sociable option and the one that copes best with a party that wants different things at once: swimmers go straight off the deck, sunbathers stay where they are, children get the foam party, and nobody is obliged to do the same thing at the same moment. The Green Canyon day is the calm alternative, and it is not the sea at all — it is a freshwater reservoir behind the Oymapınar Dam near Manavgat, reached by an inland drive rather than from a harbour, with cool deep-green water between pine-covered cliffs. Groups that want scenery and conversation instead of music are usually happier there.
The Manavgat market day is the one decided by the calendar rather than by taste. It pairs the big open-air market with a calm cruise on the Manavgat River aboard a traditional wooden riverboat, and it departs on Mondays and Thursdays only, because those are the market's days. If your group's single free day falls on a Wednesday, that trip simply is not available and one of the two water days is the honest answer. From Belek we run exactly three days, and there is no fourth one we can quietly find for a party large enough to ask.
A group spread across several hotels
Groups are rarely all in one hotel, and that is normally fine: the round-trip hotel transfer from Belek and the Kadriye strip is included in all three prices and it runs as a route, not as one taxi. List every hotel in the booking's hotel field, or send us the list on WhatsApp once you have reserved, because the morning route is built from those addresses. Pickup is confirmed the day before you travel, and you will not find a time printed on this page: where your hotel sits in the route decides it, and a time invented for a web page is a time somebody stands in a lobby waiting for.
Two honest limits. If part of your group is staying out towards Boğazkent, Serik or the outer edges of the area, message us before you book and we will tell you plainly whether we can reach them, because those are not published pickup points. And the boat does not leave from your resort: Belek itself has no boat harbour in our records, so the morning includes the drive to Side Harbour, which is part of the price rather than something collected at the quay.
Family reunions: three generations on one booking
The reunion is the group we are asked about most, because it is the hardest to price in your head. On the galleon children pay half the adult fare — a child aged 4 to 11 costs €12.50 against €25 — and infants aged 0 to 3 travel free, so the youngest end of the family costs much less than most people assume. Green Canyon and the market day set their own child prices rather than halving anything, at €25 and €30, so a reunion leaning towards the calm day should budget from those figures instead.
The awkward part of a reunion is usually the eldest generation, and our own tour notes are blunt about it: the galleon day is great for families, couples and groups, but it is not ideal for guests with limited mobility. Boarding happens on foot, a deck is not a step-free environment, and the Green Canyon day still involves getting on and off a boat and a short walk. If that applies to someone in the party, message us with the specifics before you book and you will get a straight answer rather than a sale.
What we will not promise a group
Every group asks for at least one of the things below, so here they are in plain words instead of buried in a terms page. Saying no to all seven costs us bookings we would rather not take.
If your party is larger than 40, do not fight the booking form: message us with the number and the date and we will arrange it with you. That is much better sorted before your group has told everyone it is happening.
- No private boat and no yacht charter from Belek, whatever the size of the party.
- No sunset or evening cruise. Both water days are daytime trips.
- No fishing boat and no diving boat on this brand.
- No Suluada departure from Belek — we sell that trip from Side and from Antalya, not from a Belek hotel.
- No reserved seating, no roped-off deck area and no private table on board.
- No published group discount. The per-person fare is the fare, and we would rather quote it honestly than invent a rate we cannot hold.
- No dietary guarantee: our record does not let us promise a vegetarian, halal or gluten-free lunch, so ask before you book and we will check with the boat for your date.
How the organiser books it
Pick the date, set the number of adults and children, and reserve once — that single entry is the whole group's booking. Same-day reservations are not accepted, so the earliest date you can choose is tomorrow, which for a group is usually academic since you are still agreeing on a day anyway. A confirmation follows with your booking reference, the pickup is confirmed the day before, and nothing is charged until the day itself.
