How Much Does a Boat Trip from Belek Cost?

A full day on the Alibaba pirate galleon costs €25 per adult and €12.50 per child aged 4 to 11, and infants aged 0 to 3 travel free. The two other boat days we run from Belek are priced separately: the Green Canyon reservoir cruise is €42 per adult and €25 per child, and the Manavgat market and river boat day is €43 per adult and €30 per child. Every one of those prices already contains your round-trip hotel transfer from Belek, lunch and travel insurance — a barbecue on the galleon, an on-board lunch on Green Canyon and a riverside lunch on the Manavgat day. Nothing is paid in advance: you pay in euros on the day of the tour, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure.

Belek boat trip prices at a glance

There are three boat days we genuinely operate from Belek, and each one carries its own price. The headline number is the pirate galleon day: €25 for an adult and €12.50 for a child aged 4 to 11. That is the full price of the day, transfer included. It is not a teaser figure that grows once you are standing on the deck.

The other two days head inland instead of out along the coast and travel with a guide, and they are priced higher. All three prices are per person and quoted in euros, and the same figure applies to every member of your party who falls into that age band.

  • Alibaba pirate galleon, a full day of about 6-7 hours on the boat: €25 adult (12-99), €12.50 child (4-11), infants 0-3 free
  • Green Canyon reservoir cruise, roughly 8 hours door to door: €42 adult, €25 child (4-11), infants 0-3 free
  • Manavgat market and river boat, 7 hours: €43 adult, €30 child (4-11), infants 0-3 free

The child price is a rule, not a random number

On the pirate galleon a child aged 4 to 11 pays half of whatever the adult price is. That is the whole rule. The adult fare today is €25, so the child fare is €12.50 — exactly half, shown to the cent and never rounded up. If the adult price is ever adjusted, the child price moves with it in the same proportion, which is why you will never find a child fare on this site that does not divide cleanly into the adult one.

Infants aged 0 to 3 travel free on all three boat days, so a baby in your party simply does not appear on the bill. The halving rule belongs to the galleon alone: on the Green Canyon and Manavgat days the child fare is its own separately set figure, which is why €25 and €30 do not sit at exactly half of €42 and €43. The 4-11 age band is the same on all three.

  • Two adults and two children on the galleon: €25 + €25 + €12.50 + €12.50
  • Two adults, one child and one infant on the galleon: €25 + €25 + €12.50, and the infant is not charged
  • Two adults and two children on the Green Canyon cruise: €42 + €42 + €25 + €25
  • Two adults and two children on the Manavgat market and river day: €43 + €43 + €30 + €30

What the €25 galleon price includes

The price covers the day, not just the boat ticket. A driver collects you from your hotel in Belek or a nearby resort in the morning and brings you back in the afternoon, and that transfer is inside the €25 rather than sitting on top of it. Belek has no boat harbour of its own in our records, so the galleon sails from Side Harbour and the drive there and back is simply part of the day you have paid for.

Lunch is cooked and served on board, the entertainment programme runs while you sail, and local travel insurance is in place for the day. In other words, once the driver picks you up you can leave your wallet closed unless you want something from the bar.

  • Full-day cruise on the Alibaba pirate boat with crew
  • Round-trip hotel transfer from Belek and nearby resorts
  • Barbecue lunch served on board
  • Foam party, music and pirate animation
  • Local travel insurance

What the price does not include

We would rather you read this on a quiet hotel balcony than discover it at the bar. Drinks are not part of the fare on any of the three days, so bring a little money for whatever you fancy while you are on board. Tips are not included either, and they are entirely a matter of what you feel like doing at the end of the day.

The same goes for the on-board photo and video service and for anything you buy for yourself — a souvenir, a snack ashore, market shopping on the Manavgat day. None of that is priced into the ticket.

  • Drinks from the on-board bar
  • Tips for the crew and guide
  • Photo and video service
  • Personal expenses and souvenirs

Green Canyon: €42 per adult, €25 per child

This is the day worth spelling out, so let us be blunt about it: Green Canyon is not a sea trip. It is a freshwater reservoir held back by the Oymapınar Dam near Manavgat, a deep-green, cool and very calm lake between pine-clad cliffs. If your mental picture is the Mediterranean, this is a different landscape altogether, and the water is cool rather than warm.

The €42 covers a long day: hotel pickup in Belek in an air-conditioned vehicle, the scenic inland drive to the reservoir, the cruise itself with swimming stops in sheltered coves, lunch prepared on board, guide assistance and the mandatory boat and travel insurance. Roughly eight hours pass between leaving your hotel and getting back to it. Drinks on board, optional extras, tips and the photo service are not included.

Manavgat market and river boat: €43 per adult, €30 per child

The most expensive of the three is also the least about swimming. It pairs the big open-air market at Manavgat — spices, textiles, Turkish cotton, leather, jewellery and fresh produce — with a calm cruise on the Manavgat River aboard a traditional wooden riverboat, past reed-lined banks and greenery. Seven hours, door to door from your Belek hotel.

For €43 you get the air-conditioned transfer both ways, a licensed English-speaking guide with you all day, the river cruise, a riverside lunch and local travel insurance. What you spend at the market is your own affair, and you will want cash in Turkish lira or euros for the stalls. One practical point that matters more than the price: the market opens on Mondays and Thursdays, so those are the only two days this tour runs and the only two the booking calendar offers.

How the three days differ

Three things separate them. The first is how long the day runs: Green Canyon is closer to eight hours door to door because of the inland drive to Oymapınar and back, while the galleon is about 6-7 hours on the water and the Manavgat day runs seven hours.

The second is what travels with you. The two inland days include a guide — a licensed English-speaking guide on the Manavgat trip, professional local guide assistance on Green Canyon — and Green Canyon also carries mandatory boat and travel insurance for the reservoir. The third is simply where the day goes. The galleon is our own Belek-departure boat day and carries this brand's own €25 price; the other two are longer inland journeys with a different kind of programme at the end of the road.

Paying: nothing upfront, euros on the day

You do not prepay anything and no card details are taken online. Booking simply reserves your seats; you pay in euros on the day of the tour. That is deliberate, because it means an unexpectedly bad night, a poorly timed stomach bug or a change of plan costs you nothing as long as you tell us in time.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure, on all three boat days. Pickup is arranged around your hotel's place in the route and is confirmed to you the day before, so once you have booked there is nothing left to organise. A single booking can hold up to 40 people; if your group is larger than that, message us and we will sort it out.

Questions

Frequently asked

How much is a boat trip from Belek?
The Alibaba pirate galleon day costs €25 per adult and €12.50 per child aged 4-11, with infants 0-3 free. The Green Canyon reservoir cruise is €42 adult and €25 child, and the Manavgat market and river boat day is €43 adult and €30 child. All prices include the round-trip hotel transfer from Belek, lunch and insurance.
How much do children pay?
On the pirate galleon a child aged 4 to 11 pays exactly half the adult price, which today means €12.50 against an adult fare of €25. The Green Canyon cruise has its own child price of €25 and the Manavgat day €30, both for the same 4-11 age band. Infants aged 0-3 travel free on every boat day.
Do I have to pay anything when I book online?
No. There is no prepayment and no card is taken online. Your booking reserves the seats and you pay in euros on the day of the tour, so nothing leaves your account before you have set foot on the boat.
Can I cancel, and does it cost me anything?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure on all three boat days. Because nothing was prepaid, there is nothing to refund — you simply let us know and the reservation is released.
Are drinks included in the price?
No. Lunch is included on all three days, but drinks are bought separately: from the on-board bar on the pirate galleon, on board on the Green Canyon cruise, and with lunch on the Manavgat day. Bring a little cash for them.
Why does Green Canyon cost more than the pirate boat?
It is a longer day, around eight hours door to door because of the inland drive to the Oymapınar reservoir and back, and the price includes guide assistance and mandatory boat and travel insurance as well as lunch and the transfer. The pirate galleon carries this brand's own €25 price for its Belek-departure boat day.
Is the price per person or per family?
Per person. Add up the adults at the adult price and the children aged 4-11 at the child price, and leave infants aged 0-3 out entirely — they travel free. On the galleon that means two adult fares of €25 plus two child fares of €12.50 for a family of four.
