This single fact clears up most of the confusion visitors run into at the hotel desk. One leaflet says Side, another says Manavgat, a third says Belek, and all three can be describing a day that begins at your door in Kadriye. What actually differs is which water you end up on, how long the day runs and what your money buys. That is what the rest of this guide sets out, in the order most people need it.
We run three genuinely different boat days from Belek, and they are not versions of the same trip. One is a sea cruise on a pirate galleon. One is a cruise on a freshwater reservoir up in the hills. One is a gentle river cruise attached to a market morning. Picking the wrong one is an easy way to lose a day of your holiday, so the five minutes are worth it.
The three boat days we run from Belek
The Alibaba pirate boat tour is our flagship and the day most Belek guests are picturing when they ask about a boat trip. It is a full day on a pirate-themed galleon with a painted hull, sails and rigging. You are collected from your Belek hotel in the morning and driven to Side Harbour, and the galleon then cruises the Side coastline. Expect around six to seven hours on the boat, with swimming breaks in clear coves where you get in straight off the deck, a barbecue lunch cooked on board, a foam party with music and pirate animation, and enough open deck to simply sunbathe if the party is not your thing. Adults pay €25 and children aged 4 to 11 pay €12.50.
The Green Canyon cruise is the one visitors most often misread, so this line is worth twice: it is not a sea trip. Green Canyon is a freshwater reservoir held back by the Oymapınar Dam near Manavgat, a deep-green, calm and notably cool lake between pine-clad cliffs, reached by an inland drive from Belek in an air-conditioned vehicle. The captain anchors in sheltered coves and guests dive off the deck into cool, clear water, while non-swimmers stay comfortable on the sundeck. Lunch is prepared on board and a local guide travels with the group. Allow roughly eight hours door to door, at €42 for adults and €25 for children.
The Manavgat market and river boat day is the gentlest of the three, and the one to choose if a shopping morning appeals as much as the water does. A licensed English-speaking guide stays with you for the whole day. The morning goes on one of the Antalya coast's biggest open-air markets, where spices, fresh fruit and vegetables, Turkish cotton and textiles, leather goods, jewellery, souvenirs and brand look-alikes are all there to be bargained for. Then you board a traditional wooden riverboat for a calm cruise on the Manavgat River past reed-lined banks, greenery, local fishermen and birdlife, with a riverside lunch along the way. It runs about seven hours at €43 for adults and €30 for children. One thing to plan around: the market runs on Mondays and Thursdays, so those are the only two days this day goes out, and the only two the booking calendar will offer you.

What a day costs, and how children are priced
All prices are per person in euros, and the transfer and lunch are already inside them. The pirate galleon at €25 is by some distance the cheapest day we run from Belek, which is why it is the one to look at first when the maths for a family of four is what decides the week.
On the galleon the child fare is not an arbitrary discount. It is exactly half the adult fare: adult €25, child €12.50, and if the adult price ever moves the child price moves with it. The other two boats carry their own separately set child fares, €25 on Green Canyon and €30 on the Manavgat day, so the halving rule does not apply there and you should not assume it. Across all three, a child is aged 4 to 11, adult pricing starts at 12, and infants aged 0 to 3 travel free.
A worked example, since families always ask. Two adults plus children of six and nine on the pirate galleon comes to €25 plus €25 plus €12.50 plus €12.50, so €75 for the whole day, hotel transfer and barbecue lunch included. Add a two-year-old and the total does not change. A single reservation can cover up to 40 people, so a group of friends or an extended family celebrating together does not need to be split across separate bookings.
What is included, and what you will still spend money on
The shape is the same on all three days: transfer in, lunch in, drinks out. Knowing that in advance is the difference between a relaxed day and a slightly irritating one, because guests coming from all-inclusive hotels are often surprised that drinks on board are not part of the fare.
On the pirate galleon your €25 covers the full-day cruise with the crew, the round-trip hotel transfer from Belek and nearby resorts, the barbecue lunch served on board, the foam party, music and pirate animation, and local travel insurance. It does not cover drinks from the on-board bar, tips for the crew and guide, the photo and video service, or personal spending. Green Canyon includes the cruise itself, the air-conditioned round-trip transfer, a freshly prepared on-board lunch, professional local guide assistance and mandatory boat and travel insurance, and excludes drinks and refreshments, optional fishing or extra activities, tips, the photo and video service and personal spending. The Manavgat day includes the air-conditioned transfer, a licensed English-speaking guide for the entire day, the river cruise, the riverside lunch and local travel insurance, and excludes drinks with lunch, your own market purchases, optional extras and tips, and professional photo and video.
So the money worth carrying is drink money, a little for tips if the crew has earned them, and on the Manavgat day whatever you intend to spend at the market, where Turkish lira and euros both work. If anyone in your party has a dietary requirement, message us before you book rather than assuming. We would rather give you an honest answer than promise a menu we have not verified.
Pickup, transfers and how the day is timed
Every price on this site includes the round-trip hotel transfer, and your pickup is confirmed the day before the tour. We deliberately do not publish a pickup time anywhere on this site. The vehicle runs a route, and the moment it reaches your hotel depends on where that hotel sits along it. A printed time would be wrong for a great many guests, and a wrong time on a holiday morning is worse than no time at all.
The areas we can name with confidence are Belek itself and Kadriye, where most of the resort strip sits. Boğazkent, Serik and the outer edges beyond the strip are not confirmed pickup points, and we will not publish a promise we might not be able to keep. For planning the rest of the week: the pirate galleon runs every day, and the earliest date you can book is tomorrow, because same-day reservations are not accepted. Treat all three as full days. The galleon day and the Manavgat day run around seven hours, and Green Canyon is roughly eight hours door to door, with the inland transfer at each end counted inside that.
What to bring on the boat
Swimwear and a towel are the core of it on both swimming days, with sunscreen and a hat close behind, because the sun over open water is stronger than it feels while a breeze is going. On the galleon, non-slip footwear matters more than people expect. You will be moving around a deck that other guests have just climbed onto dripping wet, and flip-flops are the usual regret. For Green Canyon, add sunglasses and comfortable shoes for boarding and the short walks at either end, and go in expecting water that is genuinely cool rather than Mediterranean-warm.
The Manavgat day is the exception, because it is not a swimming tour. Bring comfortable walking shoes for the busy market lanes, a hat, sunscreen, and cash in Turkish lira or euros for shopping. On any of the three days, a little money for drinks saves the awkward pause when they come round, since drinks are outside the fare on all three, and remember that the tour price itself is paid in euros on the day.

Booking, paying, cancelling and what happens if the weather turns
Booking here is a free reservation. Nothing is prepaid, no card is taken online, and you pay in euros on the day of the tour. That is a deliberate choice: the money stays in your pocket until you are standing on the deck, and it makes the cancellation policy meaningful instead of decorative.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. Since you have paid nothing, cancelling costs you nothing. There is no refund to chase, no voucher to argue over and no card statement to check afterwards.
On weather we would rather be honest than soothing. Our records set out no separate bad-weather policy beyond that 24-hour free cancellation, so we are not going to invent one to make this page read better. What we can say is that with nothing prepaid you have no money at risk, and that if the forecast for your date looks doubtful the right move is to message us on WhatsApp and ask. You will get a straight answer rather than a hopeful one.
You will also notice that this site carries no star ratings and no review counts. That is not an oversight. What we do not run from Belek, and how to choose
Several boat trips people search for from Belek are things we simply do not operate, and saying so is more useful than selling you the nearest substitute. We run no Suluada trip from Belek; we sell Suluada from Side and from Antalya, not from here. There is no private boat or yacht charter on this brand, no sunset or evening cruise, no fishing boat, no diving boat, and no Antalya or Düden waterfall boat trip departing from Belek. If one of those is what you came for, you now know not to spend an afternoon hunting for it on this site.
Choosing between the three we do run is usually quick. If you want the sea, swimming straight off the deck, music and the classic Turkish boat day at the lowest price, that is the pirate galleon. If you want scenery, cool clean water and a calmer boat, and the longer inland drive does not put you off, that is Green Canyon. If you want to shop, eat beside the water and take the day gently with a guide alongside you, that is the Manavgat market and river day. And if you are doing only one boat day in Belek and you have children with you, the galleon is both the one that entertains them and the one that costs the least.
